A Louis XV-style intricately carved walnut sofa with shaped upholstered backrest, which leads to scrolled partially upholstered armrests with scrolled floral detailing, above knees carved with acanthus leaves and a diamond carved skirt with a central floral-filled cartouche offset with scrolling filigree. New upholstery in high end neutral linen blend and the sofa is raised on tapering legs with snail feet. Classic high quality example of Louis XV fine furniture. From Paris, France.
