The rectangular top has a subtly molded edge above a single fitted drawer with a simple round pull. A deeply shaped and scalloped apron flows into four slender cabriole legs terminating in carved hoof feet, giving the table an especially refined silhouette. The understated construction allows the natural grain and warm tone of the walnut to take center stage. A versatile example of French antique furniture, beautifully suited as a side table, lamp table, bedside table, nightstand, occasional table or small writing table in both traditional and layered contemporary interiors.
