Pair of seated ballerina figural bookends with a warm, bronzed finish. Each young dancer rests on the studio floor with her hair swept into a neat bun, one knee drawn up and her arms draped over her legs, her tutu gathered in soft folds around her. The two figures are posed in mirror image and finely modeled, right down to the scalloped trim of the bodice and the ribbons of the pointe shoes.
