Graceful French Louis XV style bergere armchair with a softly arched, molded frame and gently scrolling arms. Enclosed upholstered sides and padded arm rests make it a cozy, enveloping reading chair, while the serpentine seat rail flows into four carved cabriole legs ending in delicate scroll toes. The frame has a warm walnut-toned finish with a lovely aged patina. It is upholstered in a slubbed shantung-style fabric in a soft blush cream with self welting, a pretty, light look for a bedroom, dressing room or living room.
