Antique French side table Louis XV: carved walnut with beautiful rimmed parquet top. Direct from France, another lovely carved French side table with classic French Louis XV style and elegance. Full parquet design on the tabletop has beautiful grain and a wide band with beveled edging. The apron has delicate carvings along the lower serpentine edge, and it is finished and trimmed on all sides, making this an excellent table to “float” in any room! The versatile table size is perfectly balanced by graceful cabriole legs. Quality throughout, well built by craftsmen of the period. Bought in the South of France.
