19th Century Fine French Louis XVI Carved Set of Four Chairs: 2 Bergere Chairs or Armchairs, and 2 Side Chairs, Dining Chairs or Accent Chairs

A very fine French 19th century Louis XVI style hand cream painted and carved four-chair set, comprised of two bergeres or armchairs, and two side chairs or accent chairs, all upholstered in original diamond cut fabric in very good condition as well as of high quality! The finely carved frames, padded arm supports and seats, with ribbon tied flower-head cresting and leaf tipped borders. Paris, circa 1860-1870. The beautifully painted cream and giltwood frames crisply carved with stylized petals and acanthus leaves, on turned and fluted supports, upholstered in original beautiful cut velvet upholstery. Bought in the west of France. Sofa and pairs of chairs may also be purchased separately, or all together.
