These French majolica oyster plates create a wonderful display for oysters or seafood. Circa early 1900s, by the high quality maker Sarreguemines. Six scallop shaped shells surround a lovely raised center condiment well for sauce or lemons, and the plates are glazed in a lovely sienna mocha glaze. The scallop wells are arranged on a bed of seaweed, and plates are marked with the Sarreguemines maker's mark.
